March Make-N-Mail ~~ Send A Smile Today
Hello friends, this month we are very proud to be working with an amazing card organization, Send A Smile Today.
We are asking you to send your Make -n-Mail cards to this amazing organization this month.
They provide cards to patient diagnosed with cancer to give hope,love and support.
We know that our Made Its will show up in a big way this month and send lots of cards to Send a Smile Today!

They have certain guideline that we need to follow. We have listed those below along with the mailing address:
CARD MAKING GUIDELINES
- 95% of our card recipients are adults, 5% are children and teens. We need mostly adult cards.
- Use cardstock only. Not accepted: cards made on printer paper or construction paper
- Cards should be folded, not flat
- We accept any size cards that will fit inside our A9 envelopes – so any cards that are less than 5 ¾ x 8 ¾” Please use an A9 envelope when you send your cards.
- Write uplifting messages inside. Click here for examples.
- Do not write “Get Well Soon” – we will not accept these cards
- Do not write “Feel Better Soon” – we will not accept these cards.
- Do not reference any religious words as we do not know the religious beliefs of our card recipients, no scriptures.
- Sign your first name inside the card so the person receiving the card will know who made it. It is ok to include a business name if your company wishes to do so.
- Store bought cards are acceptable, however, you must add a personal handwritten message inside, signed by you. We prefer that you only add your name and not I'm a Made It.
- We accept Valentine’s Day cards. We do not accept other holiday cards including Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, etc. holiday cards.
- All donations must come from a smoke-free home.
- When donating size A9 self-sealing envelopes along with your cards – keep the envelopes separate from the cards. (Keep the stack of cards and stack of envelopes separate.) Do not stuff the cards inside the envelopes. Do not seal the envelopes shut.
- When donating postage stamps, do not put the stamp on the envelope – keep the stamps separate on the sheet they came on.
- Would you like an acknowledgement of your donation? Provide us with your email address when mailing your donation. We only email tax receipts and no longer mail through postal mail. Please allow up to 6 weeks to receive an emailed tax receipt.
