Calling all crafters, creators, and artisans! We are excited to invite you to our *bi-annual* crafting event held at the Clanton Performing Arts Center in Clanton, AL, from October 19th to 23rd. Whether you are a paper crafter, sewist, or any creator, this is the perfect opportunity to unleash your creativity, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and enjoy dedicated time to create.
We will be offering *two classes at this event—one paper crafting class and one sewing class*. Details, schedules, and supply information will be announced closer to the event dates.

This event welcomes crafters of all kinds! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting, there’s something for everyone. Bring your friends, family, or crafting group to enjoy a fun and inspiring atmosphere.

*Crop Table Price:* $229 *
💡 New Payment Option:* Reserve your crop table for *$50 (non-refundable deposit)* and pay the remaining
*$179 balance by September 30th, 2026*.
This deposit is non-refundable as it secures your reserved space at the facility based on attendance. This payment option applies to crop tables only.
*Registration:* Opens Monday at 4 PM

*Event Schedule:*
*Sunday (Optional Meet & Greet at the Store):* * 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM * Join us for a casual meet and greet at our store. Enjoy early bird shopping and visit with fellow attendees as everyone arrives in town
*Monday, October 19th:* * Registration opens at 4 PM * Crafting floor open from *4 PM to 8:30 PM* * Reception at 6:30 PM to meet fellow crafters and share ideas
*Tuesday, October 20th – Thursday, October 22nd:* Crafting floor open from 8 AM to 9 PM * Enjoy crafting and connecting with other attendees
*Friday, October 23rd:* * Crafting floor open from 8 AM to 4 PM * Final day to showcase your creations and connect with others

Important Notes:
Your crop table is your little craft/sewing room away from home. You will want to bring along your favorite crafting tools. You may even want to plan a project or two to complete at your table. This is a perfect time to complete some unfinished projects!
"Showcase your state pride and decorate for your favorite holiday!
Add a personal touch to your table by decorating it with items that represent your home state. Let's celebrate our home states together." No need to decorate your entire table, just add a touch of decor to represent your home state.
- Don’t forget to pack a power strip; the longer the cord, the better!
- You may want to bring a cushion for your chair; some students have even brought their chairs.
- The crop room is very cold. Some students bring heated blankets, and everyone should bring a jacket or sweater.
- Tennis shoes are ideal as the floor in the crop room is concrete.
The crop room is large, so you may want to bring a small cooler to keep at your table for your convenience. Sylvia does a fantastic job getting a variety of snacks, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please do not bring food or drinks for the group, as we do not know everyone's dietary restrictions. You will receive a class schedule at registration on Monday afternoon.

This is an in-person event; lodging and transportation are not provided.
*DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS EVENT, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE.* *PLEASE NOTE:* Due to the unique teaching approach we employ, we cannot send out a “kit” if you are unable to attend in person.
