Age Requirement:

To ensure the best experience for every guest:

All participants must be age 5 or older.

We are unable to host parties for children younger than 5

 

Craft Project Options:

At the time of scheduling, you will choose ONE project for the party. All children will make the same project.

Current project options include:

• Paper Purse

• Composition Notebook

• Paper Robot

• Mini Memory Catcher Photo Album

• Guest of Honor Custom Project (we work with parents to design the perfect project for the birthday child.)

 

Party Length:

Parties are scheduled for a maximum of:

2 hours total

This includes craft time and celebration time.

 

Chaperone Requirements (Required):

For the safety of all children and to ensure proper supervision, chaperones are required:

• 1 chaperone per 5 children

• 10 children = 2 chaperones required

• 15 children = 3 chaperones required

Chaperones must remain on-site for the entire party and must stay until all children have been picked up and have left the store.

 

Food, Drinks & Party Supplies:

You are welcome to bring:

• Cake

• Drinks

• Party supplies/tableware

(We recommend simple decorations that are quick and easy to clean up at the end of the party.)

 

Booking Information (Important!):

Birthday parties cannot be booked online.

To reserve your date and time, you must call and speak with a Maymay Made It Party Planner.

Because the craft project is planned at scheduling and supplies are purchased per student, booking must be completed by phone.

What we need at the time of booking:

Please be ready with:

• Crafter count (number of students attending)

• Preferred date

• Preferred time

• The occasion

• Craft selection/craft planning during the call

 

Deposit Policy (Required to Reserve Date):

A deposit is required to reserve your party date and time:

$5 per student deposit

• This deposit is non-refundable

• Due to the nature of these parties and the purchasing of supplies per student, we cannot offer refunds

• Deposit may be transferred ONE time to a rescheduled party date (subject to availability)

• After one transfer, the deposit becomes non-transferable

• No refunds for cancellations or no-shows

 

Final Payment & Student Count:

Final student (crafter) count and remaining balance must be confirmed and paid in full no later than two (2) weeks before the scheduled party date.

This allows us time to prepare and purchase supplies for each student. Any changes after the two-week deadline may not be accommodated.

 

Facility Rules:

To keep our classroom safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, the following items are not allowed in our building:

• Glitter

• Confetti

• Silly string

• Alcohol

In addition, smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Thank you for helping us keep our space clean and welcoming for all guests.

 

Important Notes:

• Maximum 15 students/crafters

• All guests make the same project

• Parties must end on time due to the store schedule and staffing

• Chaperones are responsible for supervision and behavior throughout the party

 

Chaperone Responsibility & Supervision:

Chaperones are responsible for supervising children at all times, including when children are outside of the party space (such as in hallways, the sales floor, or restrooms).

For the safety and protection of all guests and staff, Maymay Made It employees are not permitted to escort children to the restroom, change diapers, or assist with clothing. If a child needs restroom assistance or any personal care, a parent or chaperone must accompany the child and assist.
